I can’t express how much this office helped me. Dr Batu, the vet techs as well as the office staff who scheduled me after my cats night at the emergency vet made me feel so much more confident with how my cat was taken care of. They answered questions, were so kind and made sure I understood everything as well as offered me comfort while I was stressed. My kitty is 14 and oftentimes senior pets don’t get prioritized the same due to their age but Dr Batu was sweet and patient, giving my fussy guy breaks and still being brave enough to offer him love when he calmed down. I really appreciate this office and all of the staff so much!

Thank you to Dove Valley for not only getting Lilith in same-day, but also for treating her (and her anxious mum) so kindly and professionally. My elderly, diabetic Pug/Boston Terrier needed sutures after a deep cut, and they assisted us immediately (and were very understanding of my apprehension over sedation). Everything went smoothly! The vets & techs are kind yet professional ~ my girls will be going back.

You'll love the treatment they give your pet. Nice clean reception and exam rooms. Flexible hours. Super friendly staff. But you'd better bring your checkbook and your American Express card, because these folks know the value of their services, and it shows. It's ok, I'll be back. For the love of a pet! Really like this vet. They take time to make my dog feel comfortable and help me get her in and out without too much anxiety as she doesn't do well with other dogs.

Thank you for taking the time to thoroughly go over everything with us. You answered all our questions, some even twice. You were prompt getting back to us when we called in a question after we left. Even though Cooper's prognosis is still in the air, we left that day feeling hopeful.
