The entire staff was very sweet and accommodating to our unruly Airedale. Our dog has major ptsd with his previous veterinary, but the staff made him feel loved.

As a family, we had the upsetting and abrupt decision of putting our sweet sweet puppy of 14yrs down due to an unexpected illness. It was something we've never experienced before and didnt know where to start. Honestly, we chose the Animal Hospital because it was close to home. From the moment my husband made contact with their representative, she was KIND, SYMPATHETIC, CARING, and UNDERSTANDING with our questions and sort of feeling lost. She gave us all the information we needed, and we felt a little relief in knowing what the next step would be. As soon as we walked into the room EVERY SINGLE PERSON on staff was INCREDIBLY SWEET, GENUINELY SYMPATHETIC and had the upmost PATIENCE with us. They walked us through every step, every decision and gave us extra time with our Scooter. They didn't rush us, even though they had technically been closed for almost an hour. OUR FAMILY IS TRULY GRATEFUL for all of their WARM-HEARTED, UNDERSTANDING, SYMPATHY, LOVE, GENTLENESS and TENDERNESS.

The staff and doctor is excellent! They truly love animals and that means alot. My pup started feeling MUCH better within 12 hours with the meds he prescribed. Thank you for taking good care of us!
