There's no better veterinarian for your pets than Stateline Animal Hospital. I've been part of the family for 30 + years. I always tell people if they need good care for their pets to go see Dr. James Shively and his staff is the best. Love ❤️ you guy's and thanks for taking care of our furry babies.

The staff is always so nice and efficient. Dr. Shively is the most caring and competent veterinarian I have ever come across, and I have lived in big cities most of my life (where they just want to rip you off and not help your baby it seems). He truly strives to do what's best for the animal while working with each family to find a solution that is doable... whether that means affordable, manageable with time/effort, or whatever...no judgement, just what he thinks is the "best" but there are so many other things he is willing and ready to suggest if the "best" just isn't an option for you and your family right now. Doing SOMETHING is always better than not doing anything at all and he is the one to see to give you as many options as possible to help your fur baby be better. Thank you Dr. Shively and staff for taking such good care of our babies!

On their website it says bring your pet and we will take good care of their grooming. When you call, they tell you their grooming services are only for established customers. I don't even know what to say!!!

Dr. Shively and his staff were great with my new pups. I couldn’t get in to my previous vet and took them here instead. I will be using them from now on with all of my pets. Highly recommend!

I may be biased but the vet and owners give their all. As much as possible. I love my staff. And they love their job and your special family members. Thank You to my incredible clients for over 30 years now.
