Front desk talks down to owners. I showed up at opening time with a dog that got sick late the previous day. She acted like I should "just know" to go to Shreveport if I had no appt. Asked me if I knew how to "Google". Yes, dear, I can google. If your animal isn't hurt or sick, I'm sure they will be happy to make you an appt. No reflection on the Dr. He is fine.

I was in and out very fast. They all loved on my puppy. And made us feel at home. Prices are very fair. Will be back for all of his needs Rosco's mom

A great bunch of people. Very friendly and very caring. They treat your pets/companions as if they were their own and shower them with attention and affection. The Best!!!
