I’ve been a client there for 4 years. I finally decided I could no longer subject myself to the rude receptionist. All the other staff are very nice. Recently my dog became very ill, it was a regular business day. The receptionist rudely informed me they were triple booked and I would have to go elsewhere. I don’t understand how they can not make time for a critically ill established patient. My dog had to be euthanized and thank you Theodore Veterinary for seeing him immediately. I stopped in to Oasis a couple weeks later to let the Vet know he had passed. The receptionist said they were triple booked and I would have to make an appointment. Also I would be charged. If you want a vet that cares , I would go elsewhere! Why they want a rude woman to be their contact person is beyond me.

The ladies at Oasis were truly kind and went above and beyond to give our cat, Batman, the best care. They were competent to say the least and also very kind and loving. They made sure that he had what he needed, even contributing donated meds and money from their own pockets. We are so very grateful and cannot say enough good things about them. I highly recommend them to anyone with a pet. They are special people. May God bless them. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We would also like to thank Anna and her crew at the Mobile SPCA as they contributed the funding for the actual office visit. Outstanding service. We have a 12 year old dog at end of life. They were caring and empathetic and prescribed end of life palliative meds. Hopefully she will be with us for several mos and is now much more comfortable. We LOVE Oasis!!!

They got my sick Chihuahua worked in, even though they were booked solid. Once there, she received excellent care and they got her fixed right up. Highly recommend this hospital and it's wonderful professionals.
