My dog broke one of his canines; after x-ray, Vet stated it had to come out; so he had to be sedated, which was a concern because of his heart murmur/age (almost 15). He pulled through with no issues. I had to use care credit for the bill, though, lol. Overall, satisfied.

The veterinarian took care of our doggie (Poppy) very quickly and their charge was very reasonable. Dr. Calvert was very caring and attentive. Can't say enough good things about our experience there.

We came here for a 2nd opinion for our 13 year old dog who stopped eating. Dr. Calvert saw our sweet Mia and reviewed all the information from our previous vet and gave thorough thoughts and recommendations. Dr. Calvert was incredibly patient and kind when reviewing what options we had left to try and was very honest with what she realistically thought the best course of treatment would be. Unfortunately our sweet girl had a complex issue that despite all efforts wasn't going to be treatable. Dr. Calvert helped us schedule having our sweet girl put to sleep and made an awful process feel more bearable. All of the staff was incredible during this process too and although the outcome for our girl was not what we hoped for, I'm confident in the care she received and at peace with knowing we did the best for her. Thank you, Dr. Calvert and everyone at West Madison. We've definitely found our vet home for our other pups.
