We have giant breed dogs as well as a shih tzu. The vet has been great and always friendly at VCA. We love to board our mastiffs here and they seem to enjoy their stay. We also have a diabetic cat we’ve had to board a few times and she has done well in this environment. The staff are awesome and very friendly. Highly recommend especially if you are staying in the area and are looking for a great boarding facility that is clean and staff that are great with your dogs and cats.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff! They offer a great Care Club option that helped get my puppy fully vaccinated, neutered and soon to be micro-chipped without “breaking the bank.” I highly recommend them!

Really more like 3.5/4 rating Vet is top notch. Knows her stuff and very much cares about your animal. Staff seems to fluctuate but for the most part always seems to be in a good mood. Facilities are pretty clean. I've had an emergency or two that I had to run up there for and I was always helped without question

We paid for our dog to have a bath and nail trim. They called and said our dog was done and ready for pickup. When my wife arrived our dog didn't smell clean and his nails were not trimmed! My wife went back inside and explained this to them and they were very rude with her. We've been taking our dog here for 3 years and today was the worst customer service I've ever seen. We will never spend our money at this place again and warn everyone to watch out for being charged money for services not received.

They were so nice and very informative. They cared for my two cats like they were their own.
