My 4 month old puppy chew some rubber off of a new chew toy and was throwing up and dry heaving and I called Compton's on a sunday and the vet answered her emergency number she actually remembered my puppy out of all her patients and gave me medicine for her I'm so grateful for the care and compassion from this vet they are amazing I'd fully recommend her to anyone

Four months ago, we relocated to Cullman with our ailing 14-year-old Yorkie, Bella. At that time, I prayed for a veterinarian who embodied kindness and compassion. Fortunately, my prayer was answered when Dr. Rebecca Durham of Compton's Veterinary Hospital entered our lives. Although our beloved Bella passed away today, Dr. Durham went above and beyond to ensure a peaceful transition. Her tireless efforts allowed us to spend additional time with Bella. I am forever grateful for Dr. Durham's selflessness and compassion. I highly recommend her to fellow Cullman residents who consider their pets as family, as she treats them with the utmost care. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. I am thankful that God guided me to you, and I am confident that you will continue to provide our Sadie with the same exceptional care. Update: This place is still the best around in my opinion. This is where we take all our babies and strays. I can't say enough nice things about the vets and the staff. They are genuinely concerned. They are thoughtful. I hate it if something happens on a day they are closed. I loathe to go elsewhere-if that wasn't enough of a reason to bring your babies here-they are very reasonably priced. Thank you to everyone at Compton's for loving our fur babies as much as we do. It means the world to us that you remember to ask about all our "kids" and you make it possible for us to foster strays with your quick, thorough, reasonably priced service. Thank you for taking precautions to protect your staff during COVID and thank you for all the great advice.

Awesome Veterinarian!!!! We love Dr Durham and the staff is great! We took our 11 puppies in today and we were in and out quickly and at a fair price!
