Dr. Palmer is the best in the world . He has saved 2 of my animals lives and doesn't charge an arm and leg and has met me in the middle of the night. I love him

Very nice staff and vet team. They were able to see our dog without a appointment. Diagnosed a problem with a blood test in the office, so we could make decisions...the odor is a bit overwhelming so that's why I gave 4 stars.

While traveling my dog got a cyst and it ruptured. Only vet that I could get into on a Saturday. They got my dog on antibiotics along with a ointment. Nice people and reasonable prices. Thankful that we got our dog into them as she healed quickly with their help.

Thanks to Dr. Palmer and his staff. My cat Oscar broke his leg and had surgery. He got excellent care at Bay Animal Clinic.
