So, I went to Dr. Jennifer Pironis for my dog. She did some cytologies to see if she had cancer. She said 3-4 days. It was over three weeks, I left three phone messages and sent an email before she got back to me to say the cytologies were inconclusive. We spent over $300 at her office. When I didn’t hear from her, we had to go to another vet 2 hours away, and spend over $600 to get the exact same thing done (more cytologies because she hadn’t gotten back to us). When she did get back to us, she emailed us the results, and said she would refund us the cytology fee of $165. It was pending on my credit card for at least five days, and said it waiting for the merchant to do something on their end. The refund dropped off, and never went through. I emailed her again to let her know that we still need our refund, and preferably the whole amount because I had to spend over $600 additional dollars because she didn’t get back to me (plus, my dog had to suffer more biopsies, which is not fun). She has not gotten back to me. I have not received a refund.

Love this country vet. She's awesome with my shy big mastiffs. She always takes the time they need. I never feel rushed & she listens. She's out of the way, but so worth the drive. Jennifer can't do major surgery, but will refer & work with any other vets office you do go to.
