Always professional, compassionate care. We were impressed that both our pets had their weeks away medical care appointments moved up as people cancelled. Communication was outstanding. Cost seemed absolutely reasonable given industry standards.

3rd time dealing with them and each time has gone horribly.. 1st time we sent our fur baby over and they refused to give him back because we didn’t agree to some of the extra tests the vet tech told us if we didn’t want to pay for the tests they would just put him down… 2nd Time same fur baby we called for emergency care for same chronic condition and they told me he probably ingested my sons marijuana or narcotic drugs without even seeing him… I informed them that there wasn’t thing like this in my home and that he has a chronic condition that causes seizures… well 1 year later and same situation this time they refused to see him and the tech I spoke with.. Mary said well he is 15 guess it’s just his time… sorry… Thank God for Stonetree Vet Clinic… ISLAND TO ISLAND why even come over and say you have a vet clinic if there isn’t a vet only techs and you don’t want to care for our islands animals…

I had a pet emergency. Island to island staff are responsive and kind. They explained everything so well. It'll be a while before the dog fully recovers, but I feel confident and competent in my ability to help her on the route to recovery because of the immense amount of education I was given while I was there. Thank you

I am very happy with their service. They are very thorough and attentive I have a lot of respect for them. I am content knowing that he's in good hands. They give me updates about his level of care and what to expect.We look forward to him coming home healthy and happy.
