I love this vet clinic. Every staff member is friendly, knowledgeable. My dog has had 2 surgeries with them, and they treat her like she belongs to them

Best vet around not crazy expensive and very fair. You can tell they love animals

I’ve been taking my dog here for the past four years. I recently started bringing my cats as well. We had a very ill kitten that we brought today. At one time they were willing to Let us pay half And then pay the other half later. We asked if we were able to do that again Unfortunately, we were told that they don’t do that and have never done that. Which is okay but odd that it depends on who’s working. But when we asked if we were able to do half of the payment A younger lady had left the room to go ask her manager and the manager came back. Basically asking what the issue was and that she heard that we were going through each charge and having questions about it. We politely just said no there was no issue. We just wanted to see if we were able to do something that they allowed last time. Then we also got the The fact that we said, please save her at all costs no matter the price. Which is true but all we did was ask to do something they allowed last time. The vet that worked with our kitten was amazing. She was so sweet. Told us we should take her to the ER to be watched over night. Which we followed all her instructions and advice. As soon as we got to the ER, we were informed that the staff at pet sake Was supposed to tell us that estimate for one night And also the things we can apply for To help cover the expensive bill that my cat was gonna need. The only call we got was that it’s gonna be 2000 and 3000 for one night and that was it, no information on anything else to help make this possible. Feel free to give this place a try, but this was just my experience from being a customer.

First of all, I want to say I have gone to FPS for nearly a decade now with different animals and have ALWAYS been happy with the experience. It was always warm and welcoming, the staff was attentive and diligent and always extra kind and compassionate toward my pets. Recently, however, something has changed. I am unsure if they are overloaded or had a severe staff turnover or what, but it isn't the same place. I used to get check-in and next day follow up calls regularly, even for the most basic visits. This time around, I've had to call in multiple times to check on results from a liver biopsy and ultrasound and each time I've essentially been told soon, next day, or by end of day. I didn't receive any update call notifying me on the delay or anything else for that matter. Additionally, for the aforementioned procedure, my cat was given a pain medication and I was informed that he would either be "really loving" or really hyper for the next few days, and I was told to watch for a couple severe side effects. I was -not- informed that he would be extra sensitive to stimuli (light, sound, etc), stare off into space, be extremely lethargic, and not be able to sleep for a few days. He also would randomly yowl like he was in pain and get extremely sensitive to my touch, but then would be fine like nothing happened. I did call a local pet ER in the middle of the night and they stated that all of these symptoms were quite normal and to check in with FPS if they stuck around or worsened. The side effects did slowly subside so I didn't call, but a little education on it would've been nice. It's sad to see FPS change for the worse. I truly hope they are able to get back to the way they were because things were wonderful there not all that long ago.
