Rose-Rich Veterinary Clinic

I don’t normally leave reviews but I wanted to take some time and share our experience. Rose rich was not my normal vet we used to take our animals elsewhere however after two emergency issues with my dogs I will never take them to another vet. They go above and beyond for their customers and try to make sure that each animal receives excellent care for a reasonable cost. Our puppy Gus recently had parvo and if it weren’t for the care he received he wouldn’t be here with us today. The vets were very kind and understanding and went over each cost that was needed and were honest about what they would prefer to do over what was bare minimum and needed for his best odds. We hospitalized our baby and they called every morning with updates and were patient and understanding with all questions we had. He even had some accidents in his kennel and they called to notify me and ask if he could get a bath. Every one here I have had the pleasure of meeting was considerate and compassionate. Thank you for everything for saving my baby.

The best vet clinic ever! Warm, inviting, and knowledgeable staff who love your pets almost as much as you do. Several years ago, when our kitty, Lilah, needed her leg amputated, I visited another local vet, one on Hwy 90. I walked out with an uneasy feeling, knowing I'd never entrust the care of my baby to the staff that seemed aloof and not very caring. Then, someone recommended Rose-Rich, and I'm so glad! Lilah received excellent care there for her surgery and for the last of her 20 years. Every time we took her in, the staff lavished her with love and attention. We always felt confident that they offered the very best care. Almost two years ago, we adopted our sweet Cheeto kitty from Rose-Rich, and we can't imagine life without him. After losing Lilah, I wasn't sure if I was ready to have another kitty, but the staff at Rose-Rich were patient, listening and talking through my worries, and letting me have all the time I needed to make a decision. Every staff member, from those at the front desk, to the vet techs, to the doctors, is kind, caring, and takes time to answer your questions and engage in conversation with you. We are so thankful for the caring, knowledgeable professionals at Rose-Rich.

I would like to say this vet is the best vet I’ve been to. I recently had to put down my oldest dog and it was somewhat sudden, I called a little before they closed and they still squeezed me in and were in no rush at all to get me out of there they let me spend as much time as I needed with him and even fed him some chocolate!! Not only did they make me feel welcome and comfortable in such a tense sad moment, They made me confident that they would take care of him. I knew they would take him and treat him with care, love , and respect, Afterwards they sent me a very very heart warming post card signed by everyone in the office. It showed me they not only care for animals but their clients and visitors as well for whatever reason it may be. I couldn’t have asked for a better place or experience when dealing with something like this. 5 out of 5 starts 10 out of 10 rating. Will never take any of my other dogs anywhere else again.

Our beloved rescue Luna Bear stayed with Rose Rich for a week while we traveled to Cabo. Less than two hours after we picked her up, she was wheezing and threw up what looked like a breakfast taco in a plastic bag! After frantic vms, we got a call back calling her Bella Luna! Didn't even get our dogs name right! 😕 love the vets, but do not board with them.

I love Rose-Rich vet! Since moving from Humble & dealing with another clinic I couldn’t count on for my fur baby- they have exceeded my expectations. They have been available at every phone call & even got my little in when he wasn’t feeling well. X-ray was quick and we got the advice we needed. Very happy with them!
