Dr. Garro helped my golden retriever and truly cares about her. Found her forever vet and couldn’t be happier. The staff calls you the next day to check on your pet which is great since I’ve had bad experience else where with that. Lucky i crossed paths with Dr Garro , she’s amazing !

We can’t say enough good things about our experience with this veterinary practice. From the very beginning, it was clear that everyone here truly loves and cares for animals. They treat our pets like their own with so much patience, compassion, and attention to detail. Every visit feels personal, never rushed, and we always leave knowing that our pets are in the best hands. The entire staff is incredibly accommodating and understanding, whether it’s helping us get an appointment quickly, answering our questions thoroughly, or just taking the time to reassure us when we’re worried. They are thoughtful, transparent, and always do what’s best for the animal, not just what’s convenient or routine. We feel so lucky and grateful to have found them. Having a vet you can trust completely makes all the difference and we truly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you for being such a caring and exceptional team!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Dr. Garro and the staff at Butler Veterinary Hospital. My wife and I have been with Dr. Garro since she’s been in Butler for over 15 years. Every single dog that my wife and I have had Dr. Garro has taken care of them with nothing but love and respect until the very end. She is always so compassionate, sympathetic and empathetic at every visit whether it’s a routine check up or a problem visit. I couldn’t ask for a better person to take care of our babies than Dr. Garro. I would highly recommend Dr. Garro to my family and friends! Thank you Dr. Garro for all that you do and have done not just for us but all of our fur babies over the last 15 years!!

My family's experience at Butler Veterinary Hospital has been - well, there really aren't even words to describe how meaningful the relationships we've built with Dr. Garro and her staff have been. When we first moved to the area and didn't have a vet, one of our three dogs became very sick. We called around and Dr. Garro was the only one who could see us on the same day. It was a hard day, and we lost our little boy. But Dr. Garro was so loving and kind and supportive throughout the process, that we knew - even after that first hard experience - she was our vet. For the next several years, we brought our other two boys. As they grew older and developed health problems of their own, Dr. Garro expertly guided us through treatment plans, always providing numerous options based on the level of aggressive or palliative treatment plans we felt were best at any given time. She was also always willing to refer us to specialists outside her practice whenever she felt it was warranted. We were in and out of the office a lot through those years, and in short, Dr. Garro and her staff became a part of our extended family. Eventually, our two remaining boys succumbed to their diseases, and again, Dr. Garro and her staff supported us and loved us through the whole process. They helped to take an impossibly difficult situation and - not make it better - but guide us in a way that we were able to bear it. Now, about 9 months ago, we got a new little pup in our family, and once again, Dr. Garro was our first visit. We actually made the appointment with her BEFORE picking up our new family member! We knew that that was where we wanted our pup's healthcare to be centered. I would whole-heartedly recommend Dr. Garro and her staff to ANYONE. In fact - I have recommended them to many people. There simply isn't better, more professional and more compassionate care available for our family.

This is our third pet we’ve had with Butler Vet and they are always incredible. From the front desk staff who are always friendly and smiling and helpful to the techs and doctors who are amazing. We are so thankful for everything they do. Dr Garro has always been amazing and developed such great relationships with our dogs and our family that our dogs loved coming there. Even when we had to put our previous dogs down the whole office was wonderful in such a terrible time. Thank you guys!!!
