We are so grateful to Peaceful moments for the care and compassion they showed during such a difficult time. Saying goodbye to our beloved dog was incredibly hard, but the team made the process gentle, respectful, and full of kindness. They came to my father's home, allowing our dog to be in his familiar space surrounded by love. The vet and staff were incredibly compassionate, patient, and thoughtful throughout the entire process. He never felt rushed or dismissed—only supported. Afterward, they took him with them and later returned his ashes in a beautiful, dignified box, along with a paw print keepsake that means so much to our family. Every detail felt personal and handled with love. Thank you, truly, for helping us say goodbye in such a peaceful and respectful way. Your care made all the difference.

The kind employees of this place exceeded my expectations. This was one of the hardest journeys I’ve had and they made it as easy as possible. From gentle communications to answering questions so eloquently… they were there every step of the way. They were understanding and just all around supportive. I was so impressed that they took the time to get perfect nose and paw prints… I tried at the time but I was crying so hard and mine didn’t turn out as well I had hoped. When I picked up the bag, I was pleasantly surprised and so very thankful they went the extra mile. They also included a tuft of hair and a clay paw print that I will cherish forever. I am grateful that I chose this company to complete this heart breaking service, they did it with utmost kindness and respect. ❤️💔🐶🐾

Assisting your pet over the rainbow bridge is never easy. Today we had the honor, with the help of Dr Flanagan, of doing just that for our Lacey girl. They have something called a comfort room instead of the hardness of a “normal“ vets office. Dim lights, treats for the pets, even easy cheese, a very comfortable pet bed, blankets, music, anything one could need in this situation. No rush, just love. I highly recommend calling when it is time to say goodbye. We chose to have her ashes returned to us and all of that is done in house. She will be with Dr Flanagan until she is returned home. Again, I highly recommend for when it is getting closer to the end. Oh yeah, they also have an option of coming to your home.

Letting go of my best friend of 18 years was the hardest thing I’ve ever done. Choosing to have Dr. Kelly to come to my home to let go of my boy in the comfort and privacy of his own home in a literal ray of sunshine is one of the best choices I’ve ever made. I am in agony over his loss, but I am at peace with the way he left. Thank you so much Dr. Kelly for making the worst moment of my life as peaceful as it could be. You were compassionate and understanding. You asked about his life and gave him chocolate. I felt understood and never rushed. I really can’t thank you enough for giving my old man the peace he deserved. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I would recommend Peaceful Moments to anyone needing an at home, peaceful passing for their pet. This is the hardest part of having a pet, this was the most peaceful passing for our baby. Dr. Kelly was very compassionate, gave us as much time as we needed before and after the passing. Thank you to this team for taking care of our baby and bringing him back home after.
