After years of searching, we were thrilled to finally find a veterinarian with common sense who genuinely puts the animal first. The practice never made us feel like the visit was driven by billing; instead, the team provided thoughtful, high-quality care, outstanding service, and consistently friendly staff. The facility was immaculate, which only reinforced our confidence in their professionalism. Dr. Andrew in particular was an exceptional find. He offered clear, practical solutions that we trust. We are deeply grateful for his care and the entire clinic’s dedication.

Today I had one of the best veterinary experiences I’ve ever had. Dr. Kelly really understood my dog needs and my needs. My dog is officially in his geriatric phase of life. Dr. Kelly understood that it’s about keeping him happy for the remaining time he has on earth. She didn’t try to push unnecessary test because she understands that it’s about quality of life at this point. It is such a relief to have her in our corner. Thank you, Dr. Kelly. 🙏

They took the time to answer every question and address every concern with patience and professionalism, making both my dog and me feel completely comfortable and cared for. I took my dog to the Veterinary Center at Hunters Crossing for a wellness exam and vaccinations. We were warmly greeted by the front office staff, and a nurse promptly escorted us to an exam room. Maggie, the nurse, was kind and compassionate toward both my dog and me. She asked thoughtful questions and let us know the doctor would be in shortly. Dr. Brandenburg was kind, professional, and highly knowledgeable. She performed a thorough examination and asked detailed questions about my dog’s care at home. She communicated clearly and provided several care options. Overall, it was an excellent visit for both my dog and I, and we are very glad to have found a practice that provides such high-quality compassionate care!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to share just how amazing the doctors and staff here were. I had to switch vets pretty short notice when my cat got sick and I couldn’t get in to see my usual vet. They not only got me in on very short notice, but also handled acquiring all of my cat’s previous documentation from his past vet offices. Although my cat passed away from his diagnosis, the care and treatment that Dr. Kicera, Dr. Bullet and all of the staff provided him within that week between him first being seen and his passing was nothing short of amazing. They took their time giving him a thorough physical exam, followed up with test results and treatment plans very quickly, and took the time to talk through his symptoms and best next steps on several occasions. Their attention and dedication to diagnosing and treating my cat, regardless of the fact that I was a brand new patient, really blew me away. Overall, I am extremely grateful to everyone here who helped take care of him in his final few days.
