I cannot say enough good things about Livewell Animal Hospital. From the very first phone call, you can immediately feel how genuine and caring everyone is. Every single person there truly cares about the animals, and it shows in everything they do. I have honestly never experienced this level of compassion, kindness, and professionalism in the veterinary field before. We came in terrified for our dog after everything he had been going through, and they treated him with so much care and patience. Not only were they incredibly thorough and honest, but they also helped us in ways we didn’t expect. What we ended up paying was actually much lower than what we were originally quoted, which was such a relief. Most importantly, our dog is now doing SO much better. He’s happy, healthy, energetic, and honestly looks alive again. He’s a completely different dog now, and we are beyond grateful for the care they gave him. The staff is sweet, professional, compassionate, and truly amazing. You can tell this isn’t “just a job” to them. They genuinely love what they do and genuinely care about every animal that walks through their doors. I recently brought my dog in for a dental procedure, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Dr. Johnson and her entire staff were incredibly kind, compassionate, and professional from start to finish. My dog has significant anxiety when it comes to veterinary visits, and the team immediately recognized her fears and handled her with the patience, understanding, and gentle care she deserved. They took the time to make her feel comfortable and kept me informed throughout the process, which gave me tremendous peace of mind. Not only was the care exceptional, but the value was as well. The cost of the dental procedure was unbeatable, especially considering the high level of medicine, attention, and personalized care my dog received. It’s rare to find a clinic that provides such outstanding service at such a reasonable price. It’s clear that everyone at this clinic genuinely cares about their patients and their families. The level of attention, communication, compassion, and affordability we experienced was truly exceptional. I’m so grateful to have found a veterinary team that treats my dog as if she were their own.
