This facility is fabulous! The staff is super friendly and intelligent. The vets are experienced professionals who greet worried pet owners with compassion and great knowledge. I am so happy that I am taking my cat and dogs here.

Palmer Veterinary Clinic is pure excellence! They work together as a team with efficiency and professional expertise. They have taken very good care of my fur babies and I will be forever grateful! I highly recommend this practice.

The staff are all genuinely happy and kind, they listened to my concerns, helped to make a plan for surgery and educated me on proper dose and delivery of the medications. My kittens were allowed to roam in the exam room and the entire experience was low stress for me, my 4 year old son and the 2 kittens. Even when they received vaccines, the cats were unbothered by it and my 4 year old wasn't afraid to see it happening. I look forward to being able to bring my dog in next and have Palmer Veterinary care for all our animals.

I loved them until today. I take INCREDIBLE pride in my dogs being the perfect weight; as a rottie mom (and breeder), it breaks my heart to see hefty, fat 115 pound Rottweilers. 80-90 pounds is perfect for my boy. My girl is the same; they gave her body a score of 5/9, which is PERFECT. They just reported to our insurance that my male is a 1/9. That's neglect, abuse or illness... that's not my boy! They graded my 84 pound Rottweiler a 1. This chart shows that a 1 means you see all their bones and can see there's been muscle loss. He is clearly PERFECT! How can you grade one of them a 5/9 (perfect/ideal) and the BIGGER of the 2 a 1/9?!!! And to tell our insurance that?! I am LIVID!!! And DEEEEEPLY insulted! I've had probably 10 vets and vet techs tell us they wish people kept dogs healthy like ours. This is WRONG!!! Editing to add that they called and said it was a mistake. That doesn't make it any less offensive to me to receive an email showing that my dog is neglected. And had I not caught this, my insurance would believe the body score they submitted. They're claiming it was submitted before the vet completed the file/form... that sounds like communication issues or some other kind of lack of attention. They said "all I can do is say sorry"; I am pretty disappointed that they don't think making adjustments to their method is necessary. It's 100% necessary. That was an unnecessary mistake, caused unnecessary offense, and was an unnecessary waste of time for EVERYONE.

Thieves. Do not go here. They hold your animal hostage and lie about charges for procedures they “do” OUT OF YOUR SIGHT & W/O PROOF! Then they drag you. I just looked at my dog and had to write a fresh review. I can’t say enough about the obviousness of fraud. The dog was scared after being taken from the room and kept for an hour. It should’ve been a 20 minute exam and they intentionally drug it out 2 hours, kept my dog away from me, photos him, scanned his chip (why?! None of your business) and, AND, they put personally degrading opinions on the owner in the notes. As if, they are some policing (ironic🙄) committee. They think they’re not “seen”, but, it’s known😉😉 Kelly will keep your money and give you the run around, call you names in emails (KEEP EVERYTHING I DID!) the whole thing, really, is just GROSS. Oh. And, you WILL be harassed, relentlessly, for your poor review. Wait for it.
