Terrible company to work with
They claim it will be addressed in 15 days, when it was not they escalated it to 24 to 48 hours. Within 2 hours I got a declined email. My vet cannot directly send in receipts and medical records, I have to do it through their portal but it does not work EVER. They promised for their IT department to contact me to resolve the issue and I never heard from them. Fetch Insurance is a fraud. Do not sign up with them EVER.

Frenchie/staffy heart miracle
My dog had a balloonplasty procedure at Ohio State University. I adopted a 3 yr old frenchy/staffy mix from "The Love Pit:" in Dallas, Texas. Some how his heart murmur slipped thru the cracks. When He arrived in Ohio I noticed he was passing out after exertion. Most probably this is why his owner did not pull him from DAS after he was found wondering the streets. His heart was malformed in 3 places. He was a walking timebomb. I am retired and could not have afforded his heart procedure but knowing he was a frenchy who often have health problems, I signed up for the insurance through Adopt-A-Love. I have never purchased insurance before and not one but two diabetic dogs (not at the same time) and knew the amount of money that it took to keep them alive. This time I was not going to let that happen. Metlife paid every claim as promised! It was easy and efficient. What a great company and my little guy is like a different dog. They not longer think he will live a signicantly shorter life and he can pretty much act like a dog again. This is all possible due to CareCenter. Cincinnati, Ohio, Ohio State University, Columbus Ohio and affordable thanks to Metlife! I feel like I won the lottery.

Really supportive
Supported me a lot when my cat had the anemia and needed blood transfusion. They proceed claims very fast and ensure the 80% coverage with a reasonable deductible.

Human Insurance Should Be This Good!
We have used Healthy Paws for eight years now, for both of our rescue pups. I have never been without pet insurance and always will have it, with the hope that I don't have to use it. Unfortunately, one of our dogs has had a string of bad luck in two years, with two ACL surgeries back to back, and then getting a foxtail embedded in his face. He also has a heart condition so every single procedure comes with risk. Because of Healthy Paws, our pup Clark (as well as his sister Bella) has been able to get the care he needed. We have shelled out thousands of dollars- and it's always so much more than what is submitted (including MANY trips to the pet store for needs, diet changes when his tummy hurts due to meds, etc). The minute I file a claim with Healthy Paws, I get an email saying they got my claim, then within a day or two, I have a claim number. Within a day or two after than, my reimbursement has been sent to my account. I am flabbergasted at how on top of it Healthy Paws is! I even got an email the other day asking how Clark is. It makes me want to cry. I wish human insurance could be so "patient centered". I never mind paying my monthly premium and I don't mind when it's raised, because I can't possibly say thank you enough to Healthy Paws for all they have done for our dogs. All pet owners should have insurance and hopefully NOT need it. But if they do, they will be glad they have it!

Highly recommend
I have used HealthyPaws for my cat and they have been wonderful! He has had a few significant (and costly) medical issues pop up and HealthyPaws has always given us great coverage! It has been such a relief knowing that a good portion of his expenses will be covered. Additionally, communicating with them and submitting invoices is very easy! I could not recommend them more.

Never had Insurance before, glad I did!
I adopted a GSD under 1 year, no history but a sweet boy. Never owned pet insurance but kids advised it as their adopted GSD had issues. Glad I found ASPCA after much research. A senior myself with limited income, the insurance has paid for itself as CA Vets charge crazy prices, $75 just to walk in the door :0! I hit my $500 deductible quickly and have found ASPCA to be quick IN their reimbursement and easy to navigate. I will use them every year.

Fetch insurance is a fraud.
Been a policy holder for a year and a simple claim for an ear infection was denied. This company is a fraud.

Dont get pets best.
Taken over a month to process a claim twice. Denied both times anyway. No active customer support. Attempted to call multiple times. Just ended up waiting for half an hour and hanging up. Explanation of denial left to the customer to dig through lengthy legal documents to understand. It seems like if its going to cost the insurance any amount of money more than youre giving them its denied. My policy said it included prescription medication but was denied because of a loophole classified as cruciate ligament. Just not happy at all.
