Very first claim was denied

Very first claim was denied referencing previous history when even Vet in their analysis marked is as not a pre-existing condition. Still back and forth with them, but so far not really a great experience.

Best Pet Insurance...so far

Many Pets has been so awesome! What's really nice is they give you a break when it comes to pre-existing conditions. Meaning after so many months not having any issues, they wipe the slate clean and it's no longer pre-existing. Cooper has been doing well with not having to go to the vet for his allergy (pre-existing) issues. The customer service is the best I've ever dealt with. and I've been with a few other plans. So YES!!! on "Many Pets" they are in my book one of the best Pet Insurance companies out there!!!

Doubled in price after 1st year with ZERO claims (bait and switch)

After one year of ZERO claims, they are doubling our premium for our renewal out of the blue. After zero claims. It's unlike anything I've seen from any of the other pet insurance companies we've used. Never have I seen an increase this large, especially after making no claims at all – and after a record breaking profit year for them. It's greed - pure and simple. Additionally, you have to contact support to cancel, they literally make it impossible for you to do so on your own.

Overall satisfied but disappointed with costs

Our policy price increases each year, and I understand age and other factors, but at this point it's becoming really expensive! We are currently at almost $150 a month for just the accident coverage. They do cover most things I have sent in, however one time they did mess up and I had to advocate for myself. They ended up seeing their error, but only after I caught it and called in. Overall satisfied but disappointed with costs.
