ManyPets | Pet Insurance Review

What a mess. Because of a miss typed code, it took forever. But they got it done and were gracious even when I wasn't.

I have had ManyPets insurance for about 3 years now. We adopted a pitbull puppy last year and she was in bad shape. I immediately added her to my policy and it has been a godsend! We recently noticed that she was not walking down the stairs right. When she went down stairs her back legs stayed together and she bunny hopped. We took her to the Vet and they recommended a surgery to repair both knees. She is so young we knew we had to. I could never have afforded it If it wasn’t for ManyPets! My 1.5 year old is now running and jumping! My claim was handled quickly and efficiently, and the money was put directly into my checking account. I am so grateful that I have a really great company that is there for me and for my baby there for me when we needed it the most.

In many ways, the pet insurance industry still lags significantly (compared to health insurance for people) but I have definitely been overly impressed with Many Pets. When I was considering the right type of plan / coverage for “my girl”, I used a third party comparison tool to compare options. Many Pets ticked the boxes and I feel confident in my investment (& their consistent claim management processes). I hope my premium does not significantly rise during the next coverage year - for now, it’s given me confidence in dealing with the financial implications, so I can focus on my dog’s wellbeing and recovery.
