You have changed your policy & the price went up & coverage went down. You shouldn't drop coverage but grandfather those people in. I am now looking for new coverage.
You used to pay within a week, now it's almost 3 weeks.
I had 100 percent coverage - now it's 80 percent! That is unacceptable. You don't seem to care about the customers that have been with you.
