Great so far!

I have only submitted one claim, but the process was easy and it was approved quickly. Customer service has also been helpful in answering questions. I do hope that in the future they can transfer payments electronically instead of by mail.

Responsibility and Reimbursement

Everything was great except for reimbursement. It took 12 days to arrive. They should have a Direct Deposit way of reimbursing so it's a bit faster. I feel the Vet should forward all paperwork for proof of Service. This should not be my responsibility to forward all paperwork! The Vet should be responsible for all this!
