I've not had to avail myself of the actual insurance service; my interaction came about as a result of a technical snafu that occurred while setting up my account. Very friendly and helpful

Chloe went to vet last month for her back legs. She was having problems getting up and walking. They took x-rays and found that she had torn her ligaments on her left back knee and her right back knee. The left knee the worst. So were looking at a expensive surgeries for her. They will do the left one first but she needs too loose 20 lbs.first. so far she has lost 6lbs. She has a wellness appt.coming up on the April 18th for shots and see how she is doing. Hoping she has lost some more weight. She is on pain medication for her discomfort. Thank you Renata H.
