They make filing a claim easy and effortless and payments are prompt. Most of the customer service reps are great. Had one the other day that was short and curt. The representative from my home state is about the best customer service rep I have ever dealt with, she took time to explain things and was very courteous would highly recommend.
ManyPets has been a lifesaver. I did a tooonnn of research on pet insurance and finally landed with them. I'm so glad I did. I have an 8-month-old puppy who eats things he shouldn't. We've had a potential obstruction (wasn't), an almost sago palm poisoning (he was fine), and an intestinal infection, all in the span of about 5 months. All visits totaled over $2,000. They covered every claim quickly and without issue.
They offer a 100% reimbursement option, which is really really nice. The only downside I can think of is they pay by physical check. I wish it was a direct deposit situation. However, they're extremely quick, and the turnaround time is a week or two usually.
