No app for mobile phone
I have yet to make a claim, however after signing up I was quite disappointed to find that technologically they seem a bit behind. The website is antiquated and there does not seem to be an app for mobile phones. All the other providers seem to have apps which makes claim submission much easier. Hopefully, their coverage will make up for these deficiencies.
