ManyPets | Pet Insurance Review

Just signed up so I haven't used the service yet. Picking the right coverage for our Australian Shepherd was extremely easy. After doing a lot of research i feel very confident that we've made the right choice!

I spent a few days comparing different products from various insurers and ManyPets stood out with their flexibility of coverage percentages, and wellness add on. I'm a believer in preventive medicine for myself, so why not for my Lola? Additionally, the dozens of customer reviews about quick and easy reimbursement made the decision a no-brainer.

I couldn't tell from the website whether ManyPets offers lifetime or annually renewable pet insurance. My concern is whether something that happened one year became a preexisting condition for the next renewal year. I was able to get an answer from the user support, which is that is annually renewed but without new preexisting conditions the following year. My question was answered quickly and professionally, and I decided to buy their offering. Having said that, it would have been nice to have the answer be easily found on the website. This is the only reason why this review is 4 stars rather than 5.

The information and options provided by ManyPets made it easy to choose the right insurance for my pet. The clear inclusion/ exclusion and transparency about the policy which was based on my pet's breed and age gave me confidence that I was making a good choice.

Customer service was great, I asked many questions and they were all answered courteously and patiently.
