Great reviews. Very easy to set up. Cant think of anything happening to my fur baby, but nice to know that it will not destroy our budget if something was to happen.

I contact Customer Care by email twice before purchase with a few questions, the response was quickly and effective ( Thank you Jalisa for the great experience). It was very easy to set up my quote and purchase. Looking for ways to improve? I would like to be able to set my pet’s age in weeks and not just in month ( at least for the first 4 months like other insurance companies. I was not able to see my documents after login in to my account, at least not on my phone. I will try tomorrow on the computer. I did received an email from CEO but only included the attachment for the main policy and not the wellness program. Thank you!
