Navigating through the site was a…
Navigating through the site was a breeze, thanks to the simple layout. However, I would like to see a more modern take on viewing my policy coverage, for example, there could be a direct email sent to me with the linked attachments, rather than going through the site and downloading process.
The service overall is great, an affordable option for pet care I have not seen with other services offering pet care services. If only routine care was an available option to purchase, would be my only complaint. However, one should note, that this is not a type of pet insurance; however, a well-being coverage. I would recommend "ManyPets USA" to friends; again their prices fit the everyday person with a fixed income.
