I never received my policy documents
I never received my policy documents. Email you guys and was told I should have received them with the welcome email. The only mail I received was a survey to rate you guys. I checked my spam folder, and junk mail and It was not there but k did receive the

It was easy to move through the prompts…
It was easy to move through the prompts there was no option to add preventative wellness care and the site once you log in doesn't register that you've already purchased pet insurance so it tries it re-sell you the insurance
