Easy to use with great customer…

Easy to use with great customer service. We have our other fur baby on this insurance, and we love it. We had to take our Natasha to the vet. We requested the detailed bill and many pets took care of the rest. They are very prompt with their responses. I am extremely happy.

Adding a new pet

So far I haven’t had any clams so I can’t speak to that yet but my experience with the person who helped me sign up and then adding an additional pet was all positive and a fun experience!!!

The customer support is superb!

The customer support is superb. As it turned out, I hadn't completed my acct setup back when I first took out the insurance for my pup. Customer support immediately identified the issue, helped to resolve it AND advised me of how I could simply forward the emailed invoice from my Vet to submit a claim. FANTASTIC!!!
