ManyPets | Pet Insurance Review

This review is regarding my buying experience… ( I have only been a customer for 14 days & thank goodness have not needed to use the policy) I researched, read reviews, & spoke to front line agents of multiple policies. (Calling some companies multiple times). Although,speaking to the different front line agents was not a deciding factor in my decision, I must say the ManyPets agents were always very patient with me and answered all my many questions. The night I signed up, the agent not only answered add’l questions but stayed on the phone with me throughout the entire signup process & when I did not get an email confirmation immediately, she promised to watch the acct & have someone email me once my pymt posted (I did receive the promised emailed receipt). The initial’formal’ receipt was received about an hr later. So far I am glad I chose ManyPets

This was the first time having to use my new insurance. I was unsure on how it was going to go however, it was a very nice experience. They were very timely with emails and with what they need it I was pleasantly surprised.

The website is easy to navigate. I like that there's a sample policy for me to explore and FAQ's to clarify some things. I also called them and I'm very satisfied with the rep who handled my inquiries professionally. I transferred from another insurance and ManyPets waived the waiting period for my pup as soon as I submitted the documents they need. I haven't submitted any claims yet but I have high expectations for this company and I hope I won't be disappointed.

I want to say that this company is amazing. I wish all insurance companies (auto, health, etc) were as easy to work with. You reach someone immediately when you call them and they are always happy to help. I have been a customer since June 2022 but decided to write a review today because I just filed my first claims yesterday. Everything was processed in less than 24hs and covered exactly as explained in the policy document. Thank you Manypets!

The sign up process was smooth and easy. Havent had to make any claims yet but I am hopeful from what I was told over the phone.
