Does ManyPets cover dental?

Yes, ManyPets pet insurance does offer coverage for diagnosing and treating both dental injuries and periodontal (i.e. gum) disease. Having said that, ManyPets does not cover the cost of annual dental cleanings as these are considered elective procedures. To have these procedures covered you would have to purchase their preventative care plan, which is an add-on plan.

Does ManyPets cover hip-dysplasia?

That really depends on your pet’s history. According to their website, if your pet has never received treatment, medication, or advice for dysplasia, it would be covered by your policy. In other words, as long as hip dysplasia is not an already diagnosed, pre-existing condition.

How does ManyPets pay us?

ManyPets pet insurance leaves that up to you. You can either receive a check in the mail or sign up to have payment deposited directly into your bank account.

How long does it take ManyPets to pay our claim?

According to their website, they process most claims within 48 hours. Sometimes this can take a bit longer if they need more information from your vet. Once your claim is approved, your payment will be issued within 24 hours.

Great experience signing up

I only just purchased this insurance so don't know if it does well with reimbursement. But I did have a great experience talking with Jennifer. She answered all my questions and there were many. I thought she went above and beyond just answering but giving good advice. She had lots of experience working in a vet office and it was evident in her explanations.

My initial claim under the wellness…

My initial claim under the wellness insurance got stuck in review for about a month. This would be a 1 star as the insurance promises average of 10 days of waiting. I finally had time to call. Everything fixed in under 2 days and enjoyed a really lovely conversation. Turns out there was a technical bug. Guess they still working on a vaccine for such pet bugs.
