Way too difficult to get customer service
I’ve tried more than one time to email and call customer service to understand why my dogs claim will not be processed. I don’t get a response for 5-7 days and when I do, it’s the same generic response. No critical thought put into it. I don’t know what medical record they are looking for, or I would try to provide it. If it’s going to be this difficult to submit claims I may have to look for another company. We had Embrace for years and never went through anything like this. It is still not resolved, and seems likely that a claim for this dog will never be processed since they won’t accept the records that I have already uploaded.
