Great customer service and great coverage!

Figo has been a wonderful resource for us. It's reasonably priced, covers almost everything, and the customer service is stupendous! Any questions we have are very quickly answered. And the pet cloud makes it so easy and user friendly. I always submit my claims from the vets waiting room! I have recommended Figo to all my friends with pets. Cannot say enough how much I appreciate having them to back me up!

Thoughtful personal service and great coverage

I have two cats that are slightly older. FIGO was a great choice for me and has reasonable monthly prices for coverage. Their app and PetCloud service is very convenient and allows me to stay current on payments, notifications, etc. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for pet insurance especially if they have multiple animals. 10/10

Figo Pet insurance is easy, affordable, and has excellent customer service!

I've never had pet insurance before, but adopted a 1 1/2 year old cat. Since his prior life experience was not well known, I wanted to be prepared. I prefer to deal one on one with people versus the computer when researching purchases, and Figo's customer service person Lauren was exceptionally helpful. I haven't had to use my insurance yet, but I have peace of mind knowing that I have coverage should my lovely cat need anything.

Great Insurance

I have two dogs. I was using Embrace but switched to Figo. They have been very responsive when asking questions. My only issues are have been that I had to ask specifically what would be an exclusion when purchasing the insurance. They did not come out up front like Embrace. It also takes some time for a claim to be processed. However, I do like that you can submit your own claims online. Lastly, I wish they offered wellness.

Monthly Cost

$9 to $135 on average depending on chosen plan.

Coverage

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80%, 90% or 100% after your deductible. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

Deductible

$100, $250, $500, $750, $1,000 or $1,500 annually. Deductibles offered depend on pet’s age and location.

Age Limits

Must be 8 weeks or older to enroll. No upper age limits apply.

Waiting Period

1-day for accidents, 14 days for illnesses, 6 months for hip dysplasia and orthopedic conditions. (Both hip dysplasia and orthopedic condition waiting periods can be waived by having exam/waiver form completed by veterinarian)

Exclusions

Curable pre-existing conditions may be eligible for coverage if symptom free for 12 months Conditions arising from a repetitive and specific activity, eg. Ingestion foreign object, ear infection caused by water, snake bites, etc. – excluded after 3 occurrences We now have a wellness option We have a diminishing deductible Copay & deductible waived for emergency life-saving treatment (in the case of an accident, not illness)
