Figo | Pet Insurance Review

After researching high and low for the best pet insurance for my 3 year old dog, I chose Figo. The reason I chose Figo was because for what they cover, the price, customer service, and overall simplicity. Understanding pet insurance can be daunting, but Figo plans are so simple to understand and follow. MY dog has been on Figo for a year. My dog swallowed a mango pit. I just submitted the invoice via pet cloud app. That was it. Thereafter, within 5 days, I was notified I was reimbursed. Another time, my dog had an ear infection. I was worried I would not be reimbursed because my dog had an ear infection over 14 months ago. I was reimbursed for that as well. All I did was answer a few questions on the claim form and submitted a picture of the invoice via smartphone. Figo called my vet for last 2 years records. Wihtin 1 week, I was reimbursed. Figo made life so easy with their paperless claims processing. Figo is the only pet insurance that any pet parent should consider.

I have dealt with many customer service agents recently, nothing compares to the the patience and kindness that Jennifer C. has shown. I had a claim that had been closed without a check being sent. She researched what was happening on Figo's end and kept me up to date during the whole investigation. She sent the check to me overnight (which was AWESOME). Her customer service is unmatched and I appreciate the time and care she devoted to keeping my dog baby healthy. I will be forever loyal to FIGO and have recommended it to all my family and friends.

My experience was EXCELLENT! The service consultant was knowledgeable, patient with all my questions, and most helpful completing the application.

I spoke for some time with "Jen" who was absolutely the best. She was personable, upbeat (like she liked her job, y'know?) and very efficient and knowledgeable. I haven't yet made up my mind on the purchase plan, but speaking with her certainly put me on the FIGO Plus side.

The representative was very helpful and answered my questions.
