Figo out and get this insurance
Figo has been a great insurer - fast to respond to emails, quick to address claims, and have done a great job in explaining their policies when I was unclear. This is my first dog and I was nervous about the process of filing claims, submitting forms, crossing t's, dotting paws--I mean, i's...Figo made it all really simple. Customer service is one of the most overlooked aspects of digital companies. Not at Figo. They are empathetic and they act fast. What more could you ask for in a pet insurance company?
