Theo, my wonderful Aussie Doodle, is a bundle of joyful energy. He's got that perfect mix of goofy charm and boundless enthusiasm, always ready for an adventure. And sometimes, those adventures lead to little bumps and scrapes. We've certainly had our share of unexpected vet visits! That's precisely where FIGO has been an absolute lifesaver. What truly sets them apart is their claim processing. It’s not just easy; it’s genuinely stress-free. Not long ago, Theo had an incident that required an urgent trip to the vet. My immediate concern, of course, was Theo's comfort, but a close second was the thought of the impending bill. Submitting the claim through the FIGO app was incredibly straightforward. I just snapped a quick photo of the invoice and tapped a few buttons. I fully expected to wait days, maybe even longer, but to my delight, within just a couple of days, I received an email confirming the claim was being reviewed. And then, BAM! The reimbursement was in my bank account. There were no confusing forms, no endless phone calls, and no chasing down paperwork. It was fast, efficient, and wonderfully transparent. The communication throughout the entire process was excellent. I got regular updates, so I always knew exactly what was happening. And when I had a quick question about a previous claim (just a minor clarification for my records), their customer service was incredibly helpful and friendly. As Theo's human, he's not just a pet; he's a beloved member of our family. Knowing that if an unexpected accident or illness occurs, FIGO has our back – and that their claim processing is so seamless – gives me tremendous peace of mind. It allows me to focus on what matters most: getting my energetic Aussie Doodle back to his happy, healthy, tail-wagging self, without the added stress of financial worries. If you're a pet parent looking for insurance that truly delivers when it counts, especially when it comes to quick and easy reimbursements, I honestly can't recommend FIGO enough. They've earned every single one of these five stars!

The reason I want to cancel my pets insurance because I don’t think Figo is suitable and helpful for our pets at all. Compare to my monthly payment your reimbursement for our vet bill is ridiculously low. I have been paying $ 123.87 per month my pets insurance which is 90% reimbursement plan for many years. For Lucy $ 47.49/ month x 1 year = 569.88 For Sima $ 76.38/ month x 1 year = 916.56 It is $1486.44 per year. What has Figo been reimbursed me back for annual check up, vaccine, medications and also illness? For annual check up and vaccination, $ 40 for each pet while the bill was around $ 200 for each. Recently Lucy had an emergency vet visit for urinary infection, the bill was $410. I filed a claim. Figo agent asked for records to check if it was preexisting condition. Figo gave me back $ 67.38. Figo reimbursement is a joke, matter of fact it’s more like a scam to me. This is a waste of time and money. I could have saved the monthly payment and paid for my pets bills without frustrating. I have learned my lesson.

I have been with Figo for 7 years now and it's been nothing but amazing! Super fast claim process and great customer service!

I just signed up today. There was a monthly fee quoted, which I am fine with. However, when I submitted my first payment, there was an additional $15 "enrollment fee" added. I didn't see anything on the website that indicated that there was going to be an additional fee charged. If this fee had been clearly listed, I wouldn't have had an issue. But tacking on an additional fee is dishonest. FIGO refused to credit this fee back to me. I'm considering canceling my enrollment, since I no longer have confidence in FIGO's honesty.

They charge almost $40 a month and don’t cover a dime for any vet visit even though it should be covered. They are such a scam do not get them!
