Fetch | Pet Insurance Review

My experience with Sally was wonderful. I had actually called with the intention of cancelling my policy and moving to another company as my dogs premium had jumped 68%. Sally was wonderful.. she checked into possible discounts we qualified for and discussed other tiers of protection as well since I had the most expensive. She also retroactively applied this discount to both my dogs. I can honestly say that it was her service and responsiveness that kept me and my two pups as customers. Thank you Sally

My sweet pup recently needed an eye operation. It was a big expense . I , frankly , wasn’t sure how I would make ends meet for the month . I was so relieved and grateful to find that my claim was paid within days of her procedure! It made it all so easy.

Fetch is super easy to use. You can scan the document directly from the app which makes the claims quick and easy to upload. I haven't had to wait more than 2 weeks for the insurance to pay me back. It's so important to have pet insurance, accidents do happen and it can be super pricey. I'm glad I chose fetch!

Fetch Insurance has been a lifesaver for my 2 youngest, Grayson and Gracie who both turned 2 in May. I took them in for their annual wellness check which included vaccinations. They both had severe adverse reactions within 24 hours. Having Fetch insurance gave me peace of mind to not delay getting them in asap which actually ended up being a critical decision to admit them for on demand care. Gracie being only 10lbs had a fever of 105, was on the verge of heat stroke. Grayson at 13lbs was 103. They needed IVs plus other injections to combat the injections and additional side effects like severe diarrhea and vomiting. If I had been concerned about cost I might of waited another 24 hours to see if they would have pulled through it as the vet had told me they would be a bit off for a day or two. The annual exam/shots followed by immediate critical care quickly ballooned to $1k. After submitting my claims I was reimbursed 80% via direct deposit in about 10 days. Fetch is very good about contacting the vet directly for SOAP notes, etc. This is my 1st time obtaining insurance for my cats. Is easy to determine that when they are young, they are healthy and won't need it until they are older. Not true. There's been a few other times I've had to take them in. Those claims were also approved without hesitation. The care they have received has more than paid for the insurance premiums. Highly recommend Fetch for anyone considering pet insurance.
