Joshua was extremely efficient, knowledgable and patient with my many questions. I needed to enroll 3 animals and he went over everything with me, costs, various options, etc. Already due to interaction with him, I was pleased with the company.

Simple sign up and what seems like clear explanation of benefits and coverage. I just submitted my first claim so we'll see how that process goes.

The payment process was a mess, Fetch pet charged me twice and did not share the Policy Confirmation, I had to call them and made me wait more than 30 minutes, I used the chat and finally I got someone that helped me reviewing it, however she told me they never received the first payment!! Will have to dispute the first charge they made. I really hope this is the only bad experience I have with them.
