New to the area, got a puppy and couldn't get back to my old vet (a state away) for vax & health check on new pup. Found them online, and was able to book an appointment via their website. Very good staff; friendly, knowledgeable, and caring with my new girl. They took the time to answer all my questions. And the health report you get after the visit is very thorough. The building is clean, bright, and convenient to get in and out of. Early morning appointments available which is very convenient. Recommend this clinic if you're in the area.

Fox River Animal Hospital has a wonderful doctor and staff, I and my pets feel comfortable at! They really do a good physical. Ask you questions, seemed to ask me a bit more for clarification l noticed. Weather it's a wellness visit, or a sick or injured animal, they go far to make your pet comfortable. In fact! When l had an injured pet, it was scared and went under a bench to hide when the vet came in. Doctor Shepherd, sat on the floor to not look intimidating! Wow! I was impressed! Also, l have a balance and gait disorder. The techs always ask if they can help me! I treasure all of them! Thank you so much staff for your care, training, love and efficiency!
