I was surprisingly delighted at the reception I got from the front office staff when I called distressed, trying to find a vet to do bladder surgery on my dog fairly quickly and at a decent rate. They were very accommodating, empathetic & communicative. The surgery went well and vet personally called me in the days after surgery with detailed updates on my girl. I would not hesitate to recommend South Bay & they will be my first call next time! Thank you thank you!

This vet practice is awesome! I’ve been going here since the summer of 2020 when I rescued my dog. They are professional, kind, respectful and thorough. I recently took my dog in for her annual exam. My pup is a challenge because she gets nervous and reactive in places that are new & a threat (to her). Each staff member, including our vet, worked with my pup to give her exam and her vaccination with great care. Checkout was easy - we were able to pay in the exam room using Apple Pay - they had just installed that capability & it worked like a charm. They emailed the receipt to me - so no paperwork but plenty of recorded information. You can’t go wrong here!
