I brought my sweet Lucy girl in with the warning that she is severely matted and likes NO ONE! The way Dr. Hicks was able to handle her and sooth her during the exam, the way all staff is so calm and clearly knows what they are doing to help keep very frightened kitties calm during their exam just made my cat mom heart cry with joy. I received my Lucy back in a very short time (I honestly expected it to take longer given her poor condition!) but she returned to me looking like the beauty she was meant to always be! I wish I had before pictures but even so, I am so so so happy with absolutely everyone I dealt with at Whisker Wellness! My Lucy was in great hands and I would trust any of my other babies there too!

I took my two very scared cats for their annual exam at Whisker Wellness this week and I am so happy I did! Dr. Hicks and her tech, Carmen, are both so kind and worked with my kitties to make sure they were as comfortable as possible. Dr. Hicks also helped with one my cats ongoing pain issues to make him feel better! 10/10 recommend them for all your feline needs!

I have such great confidence in Dr Erin Hicks after taking my geriatric cat to Whisker Wellness! She recommended a new pain protocol for my boy and it's made a world of difference for him. She is deeply empathetic toward the client/pet relationship, and her office is designed to minimize stress on the cat...and owner. I am so excited to have this cat specialist in my community and highly recommended Dr Hicks!

Dr Hicks, Molly, Carmen and Savannah are all so incredibly kind and skilled. They handled my old blind and deaf cat, Juno, with patience and gentleness, and he was completely comfortable in the unfamiliar surroundings. I was actually pleasantly surprised he was so calm! He has multiple aging-cat health issues that Dr Hicks is helping me manage to keep him happy and comfortable. She is a wealth of information, listens well and explains things clearly. When a clinic has clear canisters of Churu and a varied selection of catnip toys alongside the medical supplies, you know the place is something special!

I have taken 3 of my cats here and have had a really great experience every single time. Everyone there is super kind, informative, and they always make my scared cats feel comfortable. I love that it’s a nice quiet place with no barking dogs. It really helps keeps my cats calm.
