I brought my foster kitten in about 2 weeks ago and also had a follow up appointment and both appointments were on time (or early because I was early), staff were very friendly. I felt heard about my concerns and that Dr. Vu and his staff took time to really examine and look over my foster kitten. Even though I’m just the foster parent, Dr.Vu personally called me with lab work results so I would have info immediately. Scheduling appointments were fast and easy. Infact, both appointments I was able to get in right away. I highly recommend Nexus for urgent care for your pets! You won’t be disappointed!!!!

Dr. Vu and his staff have helped us with hundreds of animals at our rescue over the years, including my own personal pets, and they are simply great. When Nexus Veterinary Urgent Care opened, we were so glad to have an affordable urgent care option we could trust. As a rescue, getting animals in quickly when they need immediate care is not always easy, but Nexus has been wonderful about accommodating us.

ABSOLUTE Best Urgent Care Veterinary Clinic in Hampton roads!! The staff and veterinarian, Dr.Vu, blew me away with how caring they were to help my boy get better, and how my dog’s issue was the most important thing to them, compared to Blue Pearl urgent care, where they care more about how much they are going to make from me and my boy. I will always come to Nexus Urgent care for my boy’s urgent needs, and to their wonderful staff , thank you for treating my boy like he was your own, and thanks for everything you did for us, today! Ya’ll are the absolute BEST!!!

Brought my boxer pup in because he vomited twice. Dr. Wu and staff were so courteous. They took time and actually listened to what has been going on because my pup has been through the ringer. They did an xray and physical exam. I loved the prices. They were very reasonable. I wanna say this visit was one of the fastest ive had. Normally im camping out at VEST but not this time. I will surely be going back to Nexus

Dr Vu has helped so many animals at our rescue. I would highly recommend to anyone searching for a new vet option. Him and his staff are very experienced, knowledgeable, and goes the extra mile to care for any animal; no matter the circumstances.
