This was the best decision we made for end of life care for our dog, Riley. Extremely compassionate and understanding. Worth the cost to have them come to our home. It was so peaceful and I’m grateful for the pawprint impression made, personalized card sent shortly after and video tribute made by end of year. We were customers in 2021 but we just recommend your service to someone and just want to say thank you for providing this service in our area.

There are not enough words to describe how thankful I am that my family was allowed to say goodbye to our beloved 13 year old lab in the comfort of our home. Dr. Carmack was very respectful and thoughtful during her explanation of the process. Making this decision for a pet is never easy. Going through this process at home is 100% worth the cost.

Until very recently, I didn't know veterinary hospice was even a thing. Then I found out my sweet Copper-dog had cancer, and unfortunately her condition deteriorated very quickly. Adriane was so responsive to my questions and concerns, and was able to move our appointment up on short notice when we knew it was time to say goodbye to our girl. Dr. Tyler, no kidding, was an angel of mercy for both my dog and me! (I was a crying, blubbering mess.) Her compassionate demeanor was such a blessing - it made a tough situation that much easier to bear. Thank you to the entire HRVH team for helping us through this.

A close family friend highly recommend you to us. Unfortunately once we contacted you in an emergency situation, our 16+ year old hybrid was denied your services by management. As a result we had to rush him to his veterinarian who thankfully ended his suffering. End result was he didn't get to pass peacefully in the comfort of his own home as we had hoped. We were contacted by your personnel while at the vet that you would be willing to provide the service. Sarcasticly I would like to say thanks for judging a valued family pet by breed only. I will never use or recommend your services to anyone in the future.

Taylor was so sweet and amazing. I was so upset, but she was calm and understanding. I just don't have the right words to describe how well the whole staff handled my situation. I'm so thankful for all the help and support I received. My sweet pup was extremely well cared for in such a sad time.
