I cannot say how much I love this place and the staff. I can call at anytime and be seen immediately. They have been lifesavers many times over the past few months. They know you when you walk in and treat you and your dog like family. I trust my dogs with them completely and my one is a National level athlete that competes regularly and they can meet her needs.

We made the change to Coastal Vet for our new puppy and I'll never go anywhere else again for veterinary care. No more lengthy wait time to get scheduled or rushed visit by the vet. The care is personalized, scheduling appointments is fast and easy, the facility is beautiful and clean, and the doctors are incredibly knowledgeable and caring. The 24/7 access to a vet is the greatest peace of mind money can buy for you and your pet. 10/10 recommend Coastal Vet!

Our 3 year old Cavachon, Chloe, started throwing up excessively the Sunday night of Memorial Day weekend. She was extremely dehydrated and in need of medical attention. Thank goodness we were members of coastal vet. I called the emergency phone number at 7am on Memorial Day morning and the vet answered on the second ring. She met us within an hour to examine Chloe and give her relief which she desperately needed. Even though it ended up not being a serious issue, we would’ve had nowhere else to turn if we were not members of coastal vet. Thank you and your staff for everything you do. We are lucky to have your resources available in Virginia Beach.

Our experience with Coastal Vet has been absolutely incredible. Dr. Hofmeister and Dr. Cromwell as well as their entire team has made us feel so welcomed with our new Vizsla puppy Enzo! We are not from the area and they welcomed us with open arms from the beginning. We would not trust anyone else with our baby Enzo! It is a beautiful new business and we can’t wait to see them grow. Enzo is excited every time we get to visit them which is a perk as well. We would leave more than 5 stars if possible!
