There's not enough we can say about Banfield and it's staff! My boy spent 3 days with them and came out the other side happy and healthy! They were so kind and caring and were able to work with our budget! You can tell how much they truly care because even on day 3 our cat still wanted love and affection from everyone! Such amazing professionals and knowledgeable people.

I usually have only good things to say about the Banfield Hospital in a whole, but this branch in particular had me a little dumbfounded. I scheduled an in person appointment rather than a drop-off appointment because my fur baby and I had a bad experience with the drop off services. The ladies at the front desk were quite charming and beautiful so I thought it would be a pleasant experience but it wasn't. Now, she got her allergy and that's it. The problem??? They had to take her to a completely different room!!! I didn't schedule a drop off... I wanted to see her get her shot so I know she got it!!! But other than that the experience was great!

I went to pick medication for one of my dogs, who is a patient there. My daughter is also a very loving and dedicated vet. assistant at that clinic, so I know that any animal under her care is in very good hands and treated very kindly.

I’ve moved a lot and experienced many different Banfield locations, but none of them are as kind, respectful, and empathetic as the team here. My phone calls are always greeted cheerfully, and interactions with staff are always personable. The best Banfield in Virginia!

I can’t say enough good things about the Banfield Landstown Team! I will forever bring all my pets there and ONLY there, including future pets. I love ALL 4 Veterinarians! Dr. Clark and Dr. Smith have been the only ones that can do a blood draw for one of my dogs who is a difficult stick. They’re all so patient, loving and kind. They truly love your pet as their own. Not to mention all the vet assistants, vet techs and front desk staff that help keep the hospital functioning. I can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve done for my pets. I’ve referred multiple people to switch locations and they all will not go to any other locations now. The vets are thorough!
