Banfield has been taking great care of our rescue dog for 12 years. He’s doing great and people are surprised they find out how old he is, because he acts like a young dog.

So this review is coming from something 5 years ago but I am just now finding out about. I had a care plan with this Banfield about 5 years ago and we had brought out dog Layla there for her care. Layla developed a seizure issue and after a couple months of it getting worse and them not able to figure out what was causing it we made the hard decision of putting her down. A couple months later I get a call about my monthly care plan not being paid for. I didn't even know you could keep a plan for an animal that was deceased. They apologized and told me it would be taken care of. Well today I find out that debt 5 years later has been sold to a collections agency and is now showing as an outstanding balance on my credit. I will make sure to spread this far and wide on how Banfield who claims to care for your animals makes your responsible for paying a care plan for a dog they put down. Should be no confusion if the dog is alive or not when you are the ones that put her down. The fact you will say that I didnt call and cancel is a joke. So over 129 dollars I will make sure you lose thousands of dollars in business.

They were very kind, they answered all my questions, and my baby twin kittens were curious and relaxed in the examine room, they treated my kitty babies with love and care!
