I take all of my animals here! I have a reactive dog and they are so amazing with her and I can tell she really likes them too. I also had to make a hard decision the other day with putting my cat down and they were so kind and understanding towards me. They let me wait for my friends to come and help me and gave me as much time as I needed and were so amazing with my cat. I’ve never taken my babies to such a compassionate place like this one and I can’t thank them enough for helping me make such a hard decision.

We take our German Shepherd Louie here and he sees Dr. Breland. Dr Breland is kind, compassionate and explains in great detail what's going on with your pet. The staff at the front desk are also very friendly. What I also like is the late hours they are open which makes it more convenient for you to bring your Fur baby in. The prices are a little pricey on some things but you get what you pay for!

Friendly staff, clean environment, good hours of operation for the 9-5 working pet owners that just need that extra time after work to do business. I had a 30+ minute wait to be seen; but I did come as a walk in-new client during the end of day traffic of clientele. Overall, the wait was not bad, in my opinion. Did not get to speak with the vet before my pet was taken to the back for treatment, not used to that as I normally have talked to the vet before any treatment/exam when it is for a sick visit (at other clinics). However, the assistant did take very detailed notes and professionally expressed her concern for my concerns. I was a little confused on why I was never asked if my pet had been vaccinated, asked for copies of her records, or that none of her prior medical records were stored at the clinic. This may be due to it being a non-life threatening visit; I do not have a medical degree and, therefore, do not know what medical history is pertinent to have on file. My only disappointment is that there were no recorded notes of my pets updated weight, current overall health, or possible other causes of her sickies. All was verbally expressed to me by the doctor, she was very sweet, but I do not have a paper/electronic trail of the visit other than how much I spent. Overall the facility is nice, the staff is friendly and caring, the vet I had was knowledgeable and very vocally informative; I will definitely be visiting again if I need further help with my baby.

My dog had a growth removed on his leg and when he was due for a bandage change the vet's office that did the surgery was closed due to a bad storm causing a power outage. His foot was swollen and we were scared for him. I called all over town and was refused by many because they didn't do the surgery. The first one that would see him didn't have any openings that night but referred us here. They worked him in the same night and were so kind. His foot is healing nicely now and the swelling has subsided. We'll be coming here from now on.
