I was here a lot in the last year after my dog Louise broke her leg, and further issues kept coming up. I really appreciate how much everyone helped us through everything. Everyone was always helpful. Dr. Mardis and the vet techs really comforting and helpful in a hard time.

I am writing with great sadness and concern about the recent euthanization of my pet on this past Friday. I am struggling to understand the events leading up to his death and am disappointed that Drs Mardis and Kodli the attending veterinarians, refused to speak with me. This raises questions about their commitment to providing the highest quality care for pets. Dr. Mardis even look out the door at me and immediately close it back. I was promised that she would speak to me and later told by Shelley the office manager that I had to make an appointment. As of yet the veterinarian’s still fail to speak with me. How Tacky! Is this her grounded morality? I had questions and concerns but I guess it’s not in Dr. Mardis or Dr. Kodli code of conduct to reach back out to me, for clearing my questions and concerns.

Been going to this clinic for many years with multiple pets. Had to help 2 cross the rainbow bridge there. Always less than $100. Today I took another baby to help cross the bridge and they wanted to charge me $300. $200 was for communal cremation but I wasn't having them cremate my baby. They removed that charge then added a different charge for $180 staying it was for the euthanasia. So me and my baby left and he will have to pass naturally. Since Dr. Lynn left this place is horrible. Will not ever be back. Dr. Lynn actually cared about the people and patients. The staff now only care about the money. There's no reason a euthanasia should cost $300.
